When Cocozia contacted me about reviewing their 100% organic coconut water, I was curious. During my two trips to Key West to attend the Key West Literary Seminar, I noticed people drinking out of coconuts. A novelty or tourist trap, I always refrained from plucking down too much money for such an experience. But then coconut water became readily available and I began to see it touted on many healthly lifestyle websites and magazines.
Coconut water tastes exactly like it sounds- water with a slight coconut flavor. With extra minerals such as magnesium and potassium along with electrolytes, I prefer to use coconut water in place of tap water in my fruit smoothies.
